Medisure Labs Inc is a clinical diagnostics laboratory built around one simple idea: keep testing in-house, from sample to final report.

We perform our infectious disease testing and urine drug screening entirely within our own walls, using our own instruments, our own secondary analysis, and our own bioinformatics. Nothing is outsourced, so every result carries our name and our accountability.

To support this model, we built our own Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) in-house. It is fully HIPAA compliant, which means patient data stays inside Medisure Labs and is never handed off to outside vendors.
